Product Overview
Compressed Filters are manufactured by compressing knitted wire mesh under controlled pressure to form rigid, high-density filtration elements with precise dimensions and consistent porosity. Compared with standard knitted wire mesh, compressed filters offer greater mechanical strength, improved filtration efficiency, and enhanced resistance to vibration, pressure, and deformation.
The compressed structure creates a complex network of interconnected flow paths that effectively captures particles, coalesces liquid droplets, and separates contaminants from gases or liquids while maintaining excellent permeability. Depending on the application, compressed filters can be produced as discs, cylinders, rings, cartridges, pads, sleeves, or other customized shapes.
Manufactured from stainless steel and various high-performance alloys, compressed filters provide excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, and long service life. They are widely used in hydraulic systems, pneumatic equipment, automotive components, chemical processing, aerospace, power generation, and industrial filtration systems.
