Common Weaving Processes
Plain Weave
- Warp and weft wires interlace up and down forming a stable square mesh structure.
- Stable structure with uniform mesh and good load-bearing strength.

Twill Weave
- Warp or weft wires pass over two wires forming a diagonal weave pattern.
- Denser structure with better flexibility than plain weave.
- Used for higher filtration accuracy and wear resistance requirements.
Dutch Weave
- Reinforced structure using different wire diameters for very fine mesh openings.
- Extremely fine openings with high filtration precision and low permeability.
- Suitable for precision filtration and gas-liquid separation applications.
Common materials
SUS 304 / 304L
Most commonly used, general purpose, good corrosion resistance and formability.
SUS 316 / 316L
Contains molybdenum, stronger corrosion resistance, especially resistant to chloride corrosion (e.g., seawater, brine).
SUS 310S / 314
High temperature resistant stainless steel, suitable for high temperature furnaces, heat treatment equipment.
SUS 430
Ferritic stainless steel, good stress corrosion resistance, but less chemical corrosion resistance than 304.

Selection and Usage Precautions

2. Surface Treatment
- Choose different surface treatments as needed, such as bright annealing (soft state, more corrosion resistant), electropolishing (improves smoothness, easy to clean), etc.
3. Installation and Fixation
- When cutting, pay attention to treating the edges to prevent wire scattering and injury.
- Use appropriate frames and pressing strips during installation to ensure a flat and tensioned mesh surface.
