FeCrAl Wire Mesh is a high-performance woven metal mesh manufactured from iron-chromium-aluminum alloy wire, commonly available in grades such as 0Cr25Al5, 0Cr21Al6, and 0Cr27Al7Mo2. It is specifically designed for high-temperature environments, offering exceptional oxidation resistance, excellent thermal stability, and a long service life.

Compared with Nichrome wire mesh, FeCrAl wire mesh provides higher maximum operating temperatures, lower density, and longer service life while maintaining stable electrical resistance. During high-temperature operation, a dense aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) protective layer forms on the surface, significantly improving oxidation resistance and reducing material degradation. It is widely used in industrial furnaces, electric heating equipment, heat treatment systems, thermal insulation, catalytic supports, and high-temperature filtration.
