Duplex 2205/2507 Stainless Steel Wire Mesh is a premium woven mesh manufactured from duplex stainless steel wire, combining the advantages of both austenitic and ferritic stainless steels. It offers exceptional mechanical strength, superior resistance to chloride corrosion, excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance, and outstanding durability in harsh environments.
Compared with conventional stainless steel wire mesh such as 304 or 316, Duplex 2205 and Super Duplex 2507 provide significantly improved corrosion resistance and nearly twice the yield strength. These properties make them ideal for applications exposed to seawater, chemicals, offshore environments, and high-pressure filtration systems.
