Product Overview
Copper wire mesh, also known as pure copper mesh, red copper mesh, or shielding mesh, is manufactured from high-purity copper wire with a copper content of ≥99.95% through precision weaving or further fabrication processes. It combines the excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and ductility of copper with the strength and versatility of a woven mesh structure.
Its primary functions include electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) shielding, heat dissipation, filtration, sound insulation, and electron beam shielding. Due to its outstanding conductivity, copper wire mesh is widely used in electronic equipment, communication systems, shielding rooms, power facilities, and grounding applications. The material also provides good corrosion resistance in many indoor and industrial environments while maintaining stable performance over long service periods.
Available in various mesh counts, wire diameters, and weaving patterns, copper wire mesh can be supplied in rolls, sheets, discs, and custom-fabricated components to meet different industrial and commercial requirements. Its combination of conductivity, shielding effectiveness, flexibility, and processability makes it one of the most widely used non-ferrous metal mesh products.
