Nichrome Wire Mesh is a high-temperature woven metal mesh manufactured from nickel-chromium alloy wire, commonly including NiCr 80/20, NiCr 70/30, and other nickel-chromium grades. It is well known for its excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance, stable electrical resistance, and long service life under continuous high-temperature conditions.
Compared with conventional stainless steel wire mesh, Nichrome wire mesh maintains its mechanical strength and dimensional stability at elevated temperatures while providing superior resistance to oxidation and thermal fatigue. It is widely used in electric heating equipment, industrial furnaces, heat treatment systems, laboratory equipment, kiln components, thermal insulation, and high-temperature filtration.
