Product Overview
Sintered Filters are high-performance filtration components manufactured by diffusion bonding multiple layers of woven wire mesh or metal powder under high temperature and vacuum conditions. The sintering process creates a rigid, porous structure with exceptional mechanical strength, stable pore distribution, and excellent resistance to pressure, temperature, and corrosion.
Compared with conventional woven mesh filters, sintered filters offer superior filtration accuracy, longer service life, and outstanding structural integrity.
